Requipstore Used Equipment Warranty
The 30 day Used Equipment Warranty is activated once the equipment has been delivered and registered with Requipstore. The warranty covers the following:
- Defective parts
- Equipment malfunction
If you experience an issue with a defective part or the equipment’s operation during the 30-day warranty period; Requipstore will arrange for your equipment to be repaired or replaced (if a comparable item is available).
Terms and Conditions
To qualify for the Requipstore Warranty:
- Complete and submit the Used Equipment Warranty Registration within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. The warranty registration instructions will be packed with each piece of equipment you purchase. Each piece of equipment must be registered individually. If the equipment is not registered within the allotted timeline, warranty is void.
- Equipment must be installed by a certified food service equipment technician if it has any of the following components; gas, water, 208V or higher, or a 3-Phase Electrical connection. In the event of a warranty claim you must be able to document the certified food service equipment installation.
- All 110V equipment must be on a dedicated circuit. The certified food service technician must be able to verify dedicated circuits. Warranty is not valid on equipment that is plugged into a shared circuit.
- The Requipstore Warranty is not valid on the purchase of furniture, smallwares, and stainless steel products. Adjustments to calibration, misuse, non-mechanical or cosmetic damage are not covered under the Requipstore Warranty. This warranty is not applicable for residential use.
